Alumina ceramic crucibles can generally be cleaned by boiling with dilute HCl to ensure material purity and high temperature resistance. The material has high density and good oxidation resistance. It is 400-500 degrees higher than graphite materials, up to 900 degrees, and has a long service life. It has high heat resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance and good corrosion resistance. The chemical performance is stable, and basically does not react with the molten metal, which improves the purity of the alloy.

1. 99.70% corundum 1800℃1650℃--1700℃ Corundum crucible has good high temperature insulation and mechanical strength in oxidation and reduction atmosphere. The thermal conductivity is large, and the thermal expansion rate is small. It does not react with air, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. above 1700°C. The short-term maximum use temperature is 1800℃.
 
2. 99.35% corundum 1750℃1600℃-1650℃ corundum crucible in oxidation and reduction atmosphere.
 
3. 85.00% high aluminum 1350℃1290℃ high aluminum crucible has good high temperature insulation and mechanical strength in oxidation and reduction atmosphere. The thermal conductivity is large, and the thermal expansion rate is small. Does not react with air, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. It can be used for a long time when the temperature of the temperature field does not change much. The short-term maximum use temperature is 1400℃.
