What is a ceramic nozzle?

Nozzle material - ceramic
The traditional concept of ceramics refers to all artificial industrial products that use inorganic non-metallic minerals such as clay as raw materials. It includes various articles prepared by kneading, forming, and calcining a mixture of clay or clay. From the coarsest earthenware to the finest fine pottery and porcelain, it belongs to its range. Ceramic nozzle development

Shape: The shape of the ceramic nozzle has evolved from the earliest spiral type, large volume, and 2 spray to spiral type, eddy current type and small volume.
Materials: Materials have evolved from oxide ceramics to nitride ceramics and carbide ceramics.
The ceramic nozzles we refer to in our country refer to the following:
1. Oxide ceramic nozzle (refers to alumina and zirconia materials)
2. Nitride ceramic nozzle (refers to silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide material)
3. Silicon carbide ceramic nozzle (refers to silicon carbide, boron carbide material)
Oxide ceramic nozzles have been phased out due to their lower performance than silicon nitride nozzles and silicon carbide nozzles.
The mainstream products in the market are:
1. Nitrogen connection combined with silicon carbide nozzle (white)
The advantage is that the hardness is high, the wear resistance is strong, and there are advantages and disadvantages, and the material is too hard to be a spiral nozzle.
2. Silicon carbide nozzle (black, green)
The advantage is that the hardness is high and the ductility is good, and the spiral nozzle can also be used as the vortex nozzle. Of course, there are advantages and disadvantages, and the wear resistance is relatively poor.
